These homes are all three and four bedrooms with similar floorplans but a variety of different elevations, these homes were priced between $20,000 and $24,000. Mr. Foote built and sold all 19 homes in 6 months. His crews all worked 6 to 7 days a week to complete this project on a very timely basis.
